We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition.
As all MARO pieces are made to order, we cannot accept returns based on sizing. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items marked as final sale
To initiate a return, email us at hello@wearemaro.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
